FAMILY DAY
The Ateneo de Zamboanga University High School celebrated the Family Day on February 24, 2008 from 2:00 P.M. down to 9:30 P.M. on the day of the beautiful Sunday with its theme “FAMILIES CELEBRATE A TRADITION OF COMPANIONSHIP”. From 1:00pm to 2:00 pm was the assembly time in La Purisima St. (main campus); 2:00pm to 2:30pm-Motorcade; 3:00pm to 4:00pm-1st registration all year level in assigned areas; 4:00pm to 5:00pm-the mass was held in ADZU Hs lobby including the Blessing of Images and Sort Inauguration of Covered Walk; 5:00pm to 8:30pm-the program started and having lots of games and presentations (e.g. singing, dancing & live band by the students of ADZU HS); 7:00 pm was the time for the dinner for everyone, ADZU had its many booths of selling foods and drinks; 8:30pm to 9:30 pm-awarding of prizes and surprises (2 minutes fireworks display). The Family Day celebration was very enjoying which is being celebrated once a year in our school. For the school year 2007-2008, the Family Day ends with a successful, memorable and happy celebration.
